1. Sensing Survey
This activity is done to sense the actual processes in the Organization. In this activity employees selected from each level are surveyed.
This survey is based on a pre defined set of open-ended questions which is designed for the position of Managerial cadre as well for the staff.
While the course of interaction with employees, certain questions are molded/ modified in a way as to bring the true picture in front. Although the questions are open ended but still certain sub-question are asked to extract the fruitful data from employees.

Essential and Desirable training programs. Also define the priorities
