3. Compensation & Benifit Design
A comparative study is conducted
for the existing salary structure and keeping in consideration the market
benchmark of the salary for the equivalent positions and the tax liability
the salary is restructured or rationalized.
4. Staff Policy Manual Designing
This includes the review and comparison of the existing
staff policy of the organization with the current rules and regulations
and accordingly modification of the existing staff policy manual.
5. Training Assessment
To know the effectiveness of the Training Program, evaluation
of training program is done with help of various sources.
The Assessment Process consists of following steps:
- Data collection
Data Collection includes compiling data of training programs, which includes,
Participants, direct superiors of the participants and HR department.
The assessment is done at 3 levels:
- Individual employee level, with respect
to "Learning and Application" of the theory studied in the classroom
training.
- Feedback from the superior on the evaluation of the training program and
application of it from the participants.

- Report submission
A separate report for each training program is prepared and is submitted
to the defined authorities. This report contains all feedback sheets, interpretations,
and suggestions to improve the training process.
